Hastings to Shadab Khan, out Shadab Khan Run Out!! Completes a brilliant final over with another excellent yorker. Shadab can only squeeze it back down the pitch. They feel obliged to run, but it was always suicidal after Hastings made a clean gather. Shadab Khan run out (Hastings) 3(3)

Hastings to Talat, out Faheem Ashraf Run Out!! Full toss around off, Talat makes room and slices it straight to point. Ashraf had come charging out for the single, but then had to turn around from halfway down after being sent back. Hastings did well to go back to the stumps quickly, collected the throw and broke the stumps. Faheem Ashraf run out (Mohammad Nawaz/Hastings) 21(13) [4s-1 6s-2]

Watson to Faheem Ashraf, SIX, back-to-back sixes to finish the over. Ends up being a big one for Islamabad. They now have 140 within sights. Low full toss on leg, Ashraf loads up on his bottom hand and belts it over mid-wicket. Just clears the man on the boundary

Watson to Faheem Ashraf, SIX, amazing power generated from Ashraf. Wow. His balance was off but he's still able to drill this overpitched delivery over long-off
17.5
4
Rahat Ali to Faheem Ashraf, FOUR, lofts a full ball over mid-off, and it trickles into the ropes. Had enough bat behind it
16.2
W
Watson to Misbah, out Caught by Mahmudullah!! Comfortable catch at deep mid-wicket. Misbah tried hoicking this delivery wide of long-on, but he got it off the inside half close to the toe-end. Ends up dragging it to Mahmudullah. Islamabad struggling for momentum. Misbah c Mahmudullah b Watson 22(25) [4s-1 6s-1]

Hastings to Duminy, out Caught by Mohammad Nawaz!! Duminy's struggles come to an end as he holes out at long-on. He was just itching to break free, but never got his timing. Wants to loft this length ball straight back down, but it comes off the inside half and gets Nawaz into play as he runs across from long-on for a safe catch. Duminy c Mohammad Nawaz b Hastings 14(26)

Watson to Misbah, FOUR, muscled away to the on-side boundary. Terrific shot. The length wasn't all that short for this cross-batted swipe, but he still gets a good chunk of it
10.2
6
Hasan Khan to Misbah, SIX, huge from Misbah. Came right to the pitch of it and smashed it straight back. Announces his arrival in the team
9.2
Mohammad Nawaz to Duminy, no run, an edge put down. Again, it's not really a chance with the ball deflecting off Duminy's toe-edge onto Sarfraz's pad. This was darted through outside off, beating Duminy for pace on the cut
8.3
Hasan Khan to Misbah, no run, Misbah given out LBW first ball, but he's gone for the review immediately. May have hit this. Oh, it's all glove. Pad isn't involved at all. He bent across to sweep it away, and it deflected off his glove behind square
8.2

Hasan Khan to Ronchi, out Bowled!! Makes some room looking to cut this off the stumps, and pays the price. Very risky shot this, with Hasan sliding it in from round the wicket. The length was probably not there either which is why Ronchi was rushed by this delivery, goes on to knock over the top of off. Ronchi b Hasan Khan 43(26) [4s-7 6s-1]

4
Rahat Ali to Ronchi, FOUR, Ronchi throws his hands at this one, and his edge flies towards the third man boundary
6
4
Hastings to Ronchi, FOUR, oh dear, another boundary. Hastings goes for 24 in his first over on PSL debut. Back of length delivery outside off, Ronchi is aware that third man is inside the ring, and so he slices it in the gap between point and short third man to the boundary
5.5
6
Hastings to Ronchi, SIX, short of length delivery, sits up for Ronchi who whacks this over mid-wicket. Hits flush on the ad cushions
5.4
4
Hastings to Ronchi, FOUR, down the ground again, only that this time Ronchi has gone up and over mid-off
5.3
4
Hastings to Ronchi, FOUR, hammers the drive back down the ground. Pitched right in the slot from Hastings

4
Hastings to Ronchi, FOUR, punches it back on the up, beats mid-off. The timing with all three of his boundaries has been wonderful

Rahat Ali to Asif Ali, out Bowled!! What a jaffa first ball from Rahat Ali. He opens Asif up completely to take the off-bail. This short of length delivery landed on middle and leg, and Asif was well within his rights to look to clip it away. But then it veers away from him, convincingly beats his edge and knocks the top of off stump. Asif Ali b Rahat Ali 6(7)

4
Anwar Ali to Ronchi, FOUR, another instance of some lovely timing from Ronchi. Back of length delivery outside off, he opens the face and merely slices it behind backward point. But it races off his willow

Anwar Ali to Walton, out Lbw!! This should be plumb. Long chat between the two batsmen, as they discuss whether to review it or not. Wisely, Walton walks off. Would have totally wasted it had he gone upstairs. Played right across the line of a length ball on middle, missed it completely and was hit just below the knee-roll. No problem for the umpire whatsoever. Walton lbw b Anwar Ali 8(7)

Anwar Ali to Ronchi, FOUR, nicely cut away behind backward point. There wasn't much room on offer, so Ronchi couldn't quite free his arms for a full-blooded shot. But he timed it beautifully
